I just had Lasik done 4 weeks ago. I still am having dry eyes which causes blurry vision in my eyes.? - can dry eyes cause vision problems

Lasik only 4 weeks. I am pleased with dry eyes, causing blurred vision in the eye, and what happens every time I wake up in the morning. Has anyone had this problem before? How we can help with dry eyes?
